Meet Phillip!
Phillip lives in Cardington and works in Facilities for the City of Delaware. He’s passionate about cooking and writing—he’s working on a novel he hopes to publish!
As a proud Morrow DD Board Member, Phillip says he wants to give back and be a voice for others with developmental disabilities. We’re lucky to have him on the team!
